Five of our year seven girls attended a transition event at Howe Bridge Leisure Centre, held by Be Well Wigan and School Games. The event is designed to increase confidence, try new activities, develop friendships and overcome fears. The girls took part in boxing, scootering, climbing and enjoyed the adventure play area. It was a fun day out which the girls threw themselves into and certainly overcame some fears – especially on the scooter park and climbing wall! The girls represented the school with outstanding behaviour and manners.
