As part of the annual walking nativity through the centre of Atherton, three year 8 students were invited to take on the roles of the narrators within the show. The students lead the procession, telling the story of Mary and Joseph’s journey which also featured students from local primary schools and two real donkeys! The story was concluded in the local church with carols and the nativity scene. All students were presented with a little keepsake medal as a thank you for their contribution.
